SHIPPING: A physical street address is required for shipping. We currently ship to continental US addresses only. All shipping charges include shipping, handling and packaging. All orders take 4 business days to process before shipping (not including weekends and holidays). Once shipped, UPS takes 1 - 6 business days to deliver in the US. All our items are shipped very carefully, and packed in bio-degradable packing chips to ensure your items arrive safely.

RETURNS:If your item arrives defective or broken we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. You will not have to pay shipping charges to send any broken item back. Just email us a picture, and we'll send you a replacement, or, we will send you a pre-paid return label.. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of any broken or defective item, so we can personally handle your replacement or refund. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM BEFORE CONTACTING US. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price (less shipping costs) if the item is returned in it's original packaging. Returns for refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

PAYMENT: We prefer Paypal, which must be received within 7 days of winning the auction. A payment reminder will be emailed to you as a courtesy before the expiration of 7 days. After 8 days, a non-paying bidder claim will be filed, which will be completely removed by us upon the successful completion of the transaction.

At the time our listing is published, all item are in stock. However, items may go out of stock unexpectedly. If this happens, you will be given the option of a refund, a substitute item, or waiting for it to be restocked. If this happens, please do not leave neutral or negative feedback for us, as it is out of our control. We will keep you happy by advising you immediately and refunding your full payment immediately to warrant your positive feedback.
